            Vegetarianism is a lifestyle of people who eat only vegetation and don’t eat food such as meat and poultry, but still eating seafood like fish, or animal products such as egg, cheese or milk.
            Who people vegetarian is healthier, live longer, and even younger. Many believe, with more people become vegetarian safe from deadly diseases, such as coronary heart disease and stroke. Because these foods not contain ingredients, such as cholesterol. They are also protected from cancer and diabetes. Other studies also show that the fiber in fruits and vegetables is very useful for health and contain antioxidants. Fiber from vegetables also can expedite the digestive. Vegetarian diets have show the effect of lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients and prevent the occurrence of hypertension in normal people.
            There is also a vegetarian because want to look more beautiful, want to have smooth and clean skin. Not only that, vegetarians can also reduce global warming in this earth. Livestock industry to be one of the causes of global warming on the earth and also contributes a lot of pollution, especially air pollution.
            However, of the many benefits of a vegetarian diet there are negative effects that may as memory loss that is too early. Many vegetarians who have anemia or lack of blood diseases. It may happen because of their lack of iron and vitamin B 12 from food animal. Vegetarians also lacks a functioning protein body building. That's because, children shouldn’t be a vegetarian. Because, lack of protein, especially animal protein, can inhibit their growth
            Indeed, the main menu is vegetarian vegetable and fruits. But of course it's not enough. Let's not leave any food containing animal protein, because we need supplements (food supplements) specific, to replace the lack of material needed by the body not eating animal food. Especially for materials of iron and vitamin B complex. More well reduce the amount of animal protein intake, not the left.
